Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to aid in improving service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
