Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with making reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
• Participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable about airline policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong passion for customer service and the travel industry.
• Experience in customer service or travel reservations is a plus but not mandatory.
