Your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community standards while promoting a fun and safe online environment. Your Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Spanish related to gaming and e-sports across various platforms.
• Ensure that all content aligns with community guidelines to maintain a respectful online environment.
• Quickly recognize and report any inappropriate content or user behavior.
• Engage with the gaming community to encourage positive interactions and constructive discussions.
• Provide feedback to enhance moderation practices and improve community engagement.
• Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Please indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Passion for gaming, e-sports, and online communities.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not a requirement.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
