Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Spanish-speaking clients, understanding their unique needs related to online payment solutions.
• Support clients during the onboarding process and guide them through the implementation of our payment systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Organize and conduct training sessions to help clients fully utilize our payment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather client feedback and enhance our service offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, consultancy, or a similar role, preferably in the financial technology or online payment sector.
• A strong understanding of online payment solutions and the ability to simplify complex information for clients.
