Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their payment solutions needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure the successful implementation of payment solutions for clients.
• Offer ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they fully utilize our payment technologies.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and resolve client inquiries regarding online payment systems.
• Conduct workshops and informational sessions to educate clients about best practices in online payment processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends and updates in online payment technologies to provide relevant insights to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or technical support, particularly in the fintech or payment processing sector.
• Strong understanding of online payment solutions and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
