Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively manage client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Assist clients during the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services and resources.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred.
