Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their integration needs and provide effective solutions.
• Manage and guide clients through the entire integration process to ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to address and resolve integration issues.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients to enhance their user experience.
• Maintain clear documentation of project activities, outcomes, and communications.
• Stay informed on the latest technologies and trends in the B2B integration sector.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in B2B integration or a similar role preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of integration technologies and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Adept at problem-solving with a detail-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward client engagement.
• Desire to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success.
