We are currently hiring a Spa Therapist for our 5* resort Domes Zeen Chania, a Luxury Collection Resort, an ultimate luxury experience, located in the area of Chania, in Crete, for the season 2026

Spa Therapist

Some of the responsibilities:

• Providing a variety of spa services in a manner that creates safety and comfort.
• Maintenance of equipment and testing of inventory products.
• Maintaining documentation and customer files.
• Keeping the space clean and well-stocked.
• Recognizing and responding to customer inquiries, needs, and expectations.
• Adherence to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
• Implementing best practices and staying informed on market trends.

Requirements

 Experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels.

Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent knowledge of an additional language will be considered an additional qualification.

Necessary knowledge of nail care.

Knowledge of a wide range of treatments and physiotherapy.

Ability to promote and sell services and products.

Experience with Elemis products will be considered a special qualification.

Ability to adapt to the operational standards and way of working of the hotel.
