Join our dynamic team at AYANA Komodo as a Spa Therapist, where you will provide world-class spa services tailored to the unique needs of our guests. You will create memorable experiences through your expertise in various therapeutic and beauty treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform Spa Treatments to Standard-- Perform a wide range of treatments (e.g., massages, body scrubs, wraps, facials, and other signature therapies) other spa treatments according to SOPs and brand protocols, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene, Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are always clean, sanitized, and prepared, in line with hygiene standards.
- Provide Personalized Guest Experience, Conduct consultations before treatments, understand guest needs, and personalize the service accordingly.
- Promote Spa Products & Treatments, Offer post-treatment care advice and recommend appropriate retail products and future treatments..
- Support Team & Spa Operations, Collaborate with colleagues, support team duties, and participate in spa events and training.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates from a certified spa or beauty school are welcome to apply; prior experience in a spa or wellness environment is an advantage.
- Proficient or trained in massage techniques such as Balinese, Swedish, aromatherapy, and basic body treatments
- Holds a valid certification from a recognized spa/beauty institution, along with a Certificate of Competence as a Spa Therapist is a point plus
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills and a strong interest in providing excellent guest service and working in a team environment
