As a Spa Receptionist at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel you will be responsible for managing spa bookings, maintaining the gym and providing exceptional service to our VIP clientele. Fluent English skills are essential for collaborating with guests and creating correspondence with our Villas and VIP customers, long before their arrival. Additionally, you will play a key role in upselling our spa products. 

Requirements

•  Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Prior experience in spa reception, guest services, or hospitality roles preferred. 

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. 

•  Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 

Responsibilities: 

• Booking Management: Efficiently handle spa reservations, ensuring accuracy and attentiveness to guest preferences. Utilize our booking system to manage appointments, modifications, and cancellations with precision and professionalism. 

• Gym: Maintain organization in the gym area, ensuring equipment is in proper working condition. Assist guests with gym-related inquiries and provide guidance as needed. 

• Guest Service: Extend a warm welcome to guests and escort them to their area, ensuring a personalized experience from arrival to departure. 

• Upselling: Proactively engage with guests to promote our spa products and services. Showcase your product knowledge and tailor recommendations to meet the unique needs and preferences of each
