Domes Resorts are now hiring a Spa Promoter/Therapist for Domes Noruz Kassandra.

We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven Spa Promoter to join our hospitality group, which is focused on offering a luxurious experience for our guests. The Spa Promoter plays a dual role in delivering exceptional spa experiences and actively promoting spa services and products. This position combines hands-on therapy with guest engagement and sales, ensuring both high-quality treatments and increased spa revenue.

The ideal candidate will ensure the maintenance of the highest standards in the area of the SPA (operations and services offered to the guests)

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement:
• Welcome guests and introduce spa facilities, treatments, and products.
• Provide detailed information about spa menus, promotions, and spa events within the resort
• Sales & Promotion:
• Actively promote spa treatments and retail products to maximize revenue.
• Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs and preferences.
• Operational Support:
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
• Assist with spa events ensuring guests are aware off.
• Therapy & Guest Care
• Perform a range of spa treatments (massages, facials, body therapies) according to brand standards.
• Ensure personalized care and maintain a relaxing, luxurious environment.
• Uphold hygiene and safety protocols in all treatment areas.
• Brand Representation:
• Maintain a professional image aligned with Domes Resorts’ luxury standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold spa etiquette.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified spa therapist with training in massage and beauty treatments.

• Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or spa/wellness environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
