In the role of SPA Dior Therapist at Grand Hotel Timeo, you will embody the excellence and sophistication of the Dior brand, delivering exquisite and personalized spa experiences to our discerning guests. You will be a skilled professional, combining advanced therapeutic techniques with Dior's luxurious products and signature protocols to provide unparalleled relaxation, rejuvenation, and beauty treatments. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Performing a full range of Dior signature facial and body treatments, massages, and other spa therapies with precision and expertise, adhering strictly to Dior protocols and standards.
• Conducting thorough client consultations to assess individual needs, preferences, and concerns, tailoring each treatment to achieve optimal results.
• Providing expert advice on Dior skincare products and promoting retail sales to support guests' at-home wellness routines.
• Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in the treatment rooms and all spa areas.
• Maintaining a peaceful and luxurious ambiance within the spa environment, contributing to a serene guest experience.
• Managing treatment schedules efficiently and accurately, confirming appointments and preparing rooms in advance.
• Handling guest inquiries and feedback with grace and professionalism, resolving any concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the SPA management and team to maintain stock levels of Dior products and supplies.
• Continuously developing professional skills and staying updated on the latest Dior products, techniques, and industry trends.
• Upholding the prestige and reputation of the Dior brand through impeccable service and presentation.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Esthetician, or Massage Therapist, preferably within a luxury hotel spa or high-end wellness center.
• Relevant professional qualifications and certifications in aesthetics, massage therapy, or cosmetology.
• Experience with and a passion for luxury skincare brands, ideally with specific knowledge or training in Dior treatments.
• Exceptional massage and facial techniques, with a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and skin conditions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized service.
• A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to cleanliness and client comfort.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
