SALARY RANGE: $150,000 – $200,000/yr
ESTIMATED DURATION: 40hr/week - Long term

Comp will be salary plus very generous equity. Seed round is coming up in September so the comp will be as follows.

July-September 5k-10k per month plus equity

September 2023-Sept 2024 $150,000 plus equity

September 2024 $200,00/yr plus equity

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological development and growth. The CTO will oversee the company's technical strategy, research and development (R&D), and technological resources. **Qualifications:**

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or data privacy field.
Experience implementing modern encryption techniques.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

Define and implement technical strategy aligned with our business objectives.
Spearhead R&D initiatives to ensure the company is at the forefront of industry developments.
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
Collaborate with the product team to deliver solutions that achieve product-market fit and accelerate product-led growth.
Develop and manage a cross-functional technology team.
Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure as required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer focus.
