About the Position:  

AvePoint is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to help discover and build strategic candidate pipelines across our global offices. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing their recruiting expertise while supporting a global team across various sourcing initiatives. You’ll be an expert in knowing where to find the right candidates and how to attract them.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Partner with global Talent Acquisition teams to execute sourcing strategies and develop talent pipelines
  • Build and nurture pipelines of high-potential candidates across key functions and geographies 
  • Continuously refine sourcing workflows and tools to improve speed, scalability, and impact
  • Identify and engage talent communities beyond traditional sourcing channels
  • Develop market and talent maps to deliver actionable insights that inform recruitment strategy 

Required Experience & Skills:  

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing.  
  • Highly collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Creative and resourceful in identifying talent, leveraging emerging platforms and unconventional sourcing methods
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing-relevant platforms
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Nice to have: Experience in marketing—particularly digital or customer marketing—to support creative sourcing strategies and employer branding efforts 

The Salary Range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
