Gong is a category-defining, high-growth SaaS company, and we’re looking for a Sourcing Manager who thrives in scale, speed, and complexity. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end sourcing and procurement for our Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support) organizations—teams that are growing fast and operating globally.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who loves building structure in a dynamic environment, navigating ambiguity, and partnering closely with fast-moving business leaders. You’ll operate at the intersection of finance, legal, security, and GTM leadership, helping Gong grow efficiently while moving quickly.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
