The Sourcing Excellence team’s mission is to “guide & facilitate the implementation of Veepee’s Commercial Strategy, by Connecting Expertise & Solutions to Execution on Processes, Tooling & Organization”
IDENTIFY KEY STRATEGIC PRIORITIES :
Build business cases & prioritize Commercial Methodology projects to create sustainable value
Commercial Excellence Organization : Ensure best organization to master commercial excellence and best account management strategy
Commercial Methodology : Ensure the right level of interaction and tracking.
Pricing : Ensure competitiveness & profitability Set-up KPIs & Track Commercial Activity Business impact on brands, turnover and product margins
🎯 TASKS
1 - Build tools to :
Monitor sales performance, pricing strategies and commercial activity (KPI tracking, dashboard creation)
Ease commercial, reporting and sourcing excellence processes
2 - Follow-up of data requirements, enrichment of data available on MicroStrategy and Datalake modeling in collaboration with Data teams
3 - Management of the data visualization tool (Microstrategy) in a constantly evolving environment, support for users and other team members.
You will work within a team of Data Analysts and Project Managers, to support the Sourcing Excellence initiatives : need for insights, automating redundant processes, monitoring results.
👉 MUST HAVE SKILLS
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Maths
3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
Previous experience in Business analysis, with a focus on Sales data
Master in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Strong Modeling skills, tailored to your audience
Solid grounding in SQL and master how databases work
Strong communication and prioritization skills
Great understanding of our visualization tool, Microstrategy
You speak English fluently
You are passionate about business : keen to understand its drivers and study what can be developed or optimized.
You are comfortable working with data (multiple pieces of information from a variety of sources), even complex data, and have excellent modeling skills.
You are a great team player and focus on sharing your knowledge to help team members grow : we win as a team!
You have good communication abilities and problem-solving skills, with a “How YES!” attitude
You’re extremely rigorous, cross checking your sources and backing your results
