In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting the International Sourcing Team with the implementation of the NID (New Ingredient Development) strategy across all HelloFresh markets. This includes coordinating the onboarding of Fast/Fast ingredients, improving end-to-end sourcing visibility, enabling ingredient propagation, reducing lead times, and ensuring accurate information flow across systems and stakeholders, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate feasibility assessments for Fast/Fast NIDs, collaborating with Suppliers, FSQA HelloConnect, Data teams, and local Operations
- Maintain the INTL Sourcing Jira Board, ensuring dashboards are updated for weekly governance and tracking progress
- Support reporting and data management by producing weekly and monthly reports on NID submission status and performance
- Work cross-functionally with INTL Sourcing Managers, HelloConnect Data teams, and other departments to ensure seamless information flow and strong process compliance
- Assist with ad-hoc NID onboarding requests, such as gathering inputs from existing suppliers or coordinating sampling with the central team
- Contribute insights and suggestions to improve sourcing processes, helping the team achieve operational efficiency
- Foster clear communication and collaboration across teams to support smooth project execution and shared goals
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of operational, administrative, or coordination experience, ideally in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process ownership
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Jira or similar tools
- Adaptable and open to working across different cultures, time zones, and business needs
- English required; additional European languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) a plus
