We are searching for a Sourcing Analyst to join our team in Ensenada, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for Assist in managing multiple ongoing sourcing projects, including tracking of timelines to meet release schedules and lead times, monitor factory capacity and forecasted requirements to identify areas of opportunity or potential areas of conflicts/problems.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Assist in managing multiple ongoing sourcing projects, including tracking of timelines to meet release schedules and lead times.
  • Monitor factory capacity and forecasted requirements to identify areas of opportunity or potential areas of conflicts/problem.
  • Interface daily with International and Domestic Vendors, Marketing, Planning, Procurement, and other departments on assigned projects.
  • Ship, receive, and monitor incoming and outgoing product samples from vendors and Marketing.
  • Monitor Import Inspection Reports to determine trends and areas of concentration for assigning OEM Inspection team.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in both domestic and global supply chain purchasing. Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of guitars and amplifiers.
  • Direct experience with SAP or similar ERP toolset
  • Experiences dealing with electronic components and vendors.
  • In depth proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
