We are searching for a Sourcing Analyst to join our team in Ensenada, Mexico. In this role, you will assist in multiple activities to support the purchasing team, including supporting other groups inside the organization. The Sourcing Analyst will also contribute to obtaining documentation and certificates from suppliers that will help the organization.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Responsible for obtaining Country-of-Origin Certificates with foreign suppliers.
  • Responsible for obtaining of USMCA certificates with suppliers from the USA and Canada.
  • Responsible for obtaining SAT positive opinions from nationals, sub-maquila, and virtual importation suppliers to assist with the VAT Certification “AAA.”
  • Obtain and manage from the wood suppliers the wood certifications as Lacey Acts TSCA Certifications.
  • Generate and manage the Spend Report for the purchased items.
  • Generate and manage the Inventory Report.
  • Assist in obtaining documentation with suppliers for the CTPAT and OEA certification.
  • Generate and manage the Supplier's Scorecards.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Required: bachelor’s degree in business management or industrial Engineer, or equivalent experience 
  • ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong sense of integrity
  • Microsoft Office Suite 
  • English 80%
