Job Description: CSG is recruiting for a Source Strategy Analyst ***Multiple Vacancies***. The Source Strategies Analyst candidate will Provide geospatial analysis services; providing all support services and products required to complete the detailed description of work, extract and/or acquire geospatial information, derivative information and multi-INT data for analysis and visualization to solve problems and enhance knowledge of intelligence issues. Utilize software programs such as ArcGIS while performing a range of geospatial analysis for a government customer. The contractor shall use all GIMS functionalities and regularly assess the collection posture of his/her team or branch in addition to all collection decks under their direct responsibility to ensure that overhead collection tasking is sufficient. The contractor shall consistently lead the implementation of well-designed collection strategies and will champion the regular use of AGI methodologies by employing the same with tangible success. The contractor shall continue to develop established collaborative networks for information sharing and will work to expand these networks so that others may benefit. The contractor shall regularly lead the design solid multi-Int collection strategies to attack intelligence gaps and should ensure that best practices are shared and implemented. The contractor shall have advanced level of participation in and/or directing the activities of highly skilled technical and analytical teams responsible for developing solutions to highly complex analytical/intelligence problems. The contractor shall have expert level of oral and written communication skills. The candidate will us MS Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for product development. The contractor shall have demonstrated expert customer support skills.

Position Description:

Understanding the technical capabilities and limitations of imagery.
Familiarity with all capabilities and use all GMS functionalities to include but not limited to Advance Search, Dissemination Rules, Strategies NGDS-Discovery Services, GIN Creation, GIN Modification and Approval, Tasking Dashboard, Geospatial Dashboard, Supplier Management, OOI Modification, OOR Management, AGI Search, Virtual File Folders, and UIM Approved Product Holdings (Report Search).
Familiarity with MS Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Apply well-established strategies or procedures to effectively perform routine GEOINT analysis.
Understanding of GEOINT situations or problems and collect information from routine sources.
Analyze and integrate basic information to identify clear patterns or trends and draw reasonable, logical conclusions for the straightforward GEOINT problems.
Complete sound and timely GEOINT analysis in well-defined, low-risk situations.
Demonstrate expert customer support skills.
Have high level oral and written communication skills.

Apprentice:

0-3 years of Source Strategy Analyst Experience

Journeyman:

3-10 years of Source Strategy Analyst Experience
A bachelor degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience.

Senior:

11-20 years of Source Strategy Analyst Experience
A bachelor degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience
A master degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to two additional years of this experience.

Expert:

20 or more years of experience of Source Strategy Analyst Experience
A bachelor degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience
A master degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to two additional years of this experience
A doctorate degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to three years of this experience
