Job Summary: 

The Solutions Team Lead / SharePoint Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring solutions meet business, security, and compliance requirements while mentoring and guiding development staff. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the SharePoint and Power Platform development team 
  • Provides technical guidance, mentorship, and constructive performance feedback to team members 
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
  • Ensures delivered solutions align with organizational standards, best practices, and security requirements 
  • Supports planning, estimation, and prioritization of development efforts 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including custom components and integrations 
  • Develop and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) 
  • Lead technical decision-making and solution architecture for assigned projects 
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and well-documented 
  • Support ETMS2-related development and sustainment activities 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Strong expertise in SharePoint development and architecture 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Proven leadership and supervisory abilities 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple efforts simultaneously

Minimum Education:

  • 8+ years of SharePoint development experience 
  • 2+ years of technical leadership experience 
  • 2+ years of ETMS2 experience 
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification required 

Job Stipulations: 

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance, as required by contract 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
