Role Summary

We are looking for a Solutions Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and management of our technology and storage solutions portfolio. This role will be pivotal in aligning product strategy with business goals and market needs, driving innovation across our offerings, and ensuring successful product lifecycle management.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to develop market-driven products, define roadmaps, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management—from concept to commercialization—for Flexxon’s memory storage solutions, including SSD, USB drives, microSD cards, eMMC and etc.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering to define product specifications and ensure development meets objectives.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and promotional plans.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and maintain product relevance.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Drive product initiatives that align with business objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
• Track product performance metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
• Champion the product internally and externally, acting as a subject matter expert and product advocate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or storage-related industries.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements.
• Proven experience in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• A data-driven mindset with a keen eye on user needs and market shifts.
