Intenseye is seeking an Implementation Solutions Engineer to lead the technical deployment of our AI-powered workplace safety platform across Fortune 500 manufacturing and industrial facilities. In this role, you will be the technical expert responsible for deploying Sentinel Hub edge devices, configuring camera integrations, establishing industrial control system connections, and ensuring successful go-lives of our safety monitoring solutions. You will work closely with customer IT, EHS, and operations teams to translate our AI capabilities into production-ready deployments on complex industrial networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales team during technical proof-of-concept phases when specialized deployment expertise is needed
Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Intenseye solutions (Edge, Cloud, Hybrid).
Configure and deploy IP camera integrations (RTSP/ONVIF) across various VMS platforms (Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone).
Deploy and configure industrial protocol integrations (OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU) with PLCs, SCADA, and IoT.
Set up secure, outbound-only connectivity to Intenseye cloud services.
Design deployment architectures, including edge processing, server specs, and network topology, based on customer constraints.
Conduct IT requirements reviews, camera compatibility assessments, and validate technical prerequisites pre-deployment.
Configure safety rules and use cases (PPE, restricted zones, LOTO) based on customer EHS requirements.
Partner with Implementation Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth technical handoffs throughout the customer lifecycle
Work with Product and Engineering teams to identify custom solution requirements, escalate bugs, and provide field feedback
Collaborate with Security/Compliance teams to address customer IT security questionnaires and technical due diligence
Monitor deployment stability, coordinate model fine-tuning, and create technical documentation/runbooks for customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Managers, Product/Engineering, Security/Compliance, and Sales teams.
Qualifications
3+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or systems integration deploying enterprise software/hardware.
Strong expertise in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPN) and Windows/Linux server administration/virtualization.
Hands-on experience with IP camera systems, RTSP, and Video Management Systems (VMS).
Experience with enterprise IT in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments (Fortune 500 a plus).
Ability to independently troubleshoot complex, multi-vendor technical environments.
Proficiency with cloud connectivity (AWS/GCP/Azure), REST APIs, edge computing, and video codecs (H.264/H.265).
Excellent technical communication, project management, and customer-centric soft skills.
Self-directed problem-solver with a willingness to travel up to 30-40% for on-site deployments.
Familiarity with industrial systems (PLC, OPC UA, Modbus, SCADA) and DevOps tools (Docker, Python scripting) is a bonus.Excellent technical communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple customer deployments simultaneously
Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering successful outcomes under tight timelines
Self-directed problem solver who can work independently in remote customer environments
Willingness to travel up to 50-60% to customer sites for on-site deployments and troubleshooting.
Bonus Qualifications:
Industry certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator
Experience with BalenaOS, fleet management platforms, or IoT device management
Background in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) or workplace safety systems
Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, computer vision, or edge AI applications
Experience with Apache Pulsar, NATS, or other message queue systems
