About the role

This is a front row seat to revenue.

As a Solutions Engineer at Signeasy, you will work at the intersection of sales, onboarding, expansion, product, and engineering. You will help win deals, deliver customer value, and unlock growth through deeper use cases and feature adoption.

This is not a demo only role. You will be hands-on with real customer environments, troubleshooting complex workflows, building simple technical solutions, and finding practical workarounds that keep momentum moving.

If seeing deals close, customers go live, and accounts expand gives you a thrill, this role is built for you.

You will support all markets and work a global shift from 4 pm to 1 am IST. This timing is intentionally designed to ensure strong overlap with our Product, Engineering, and Go To Market teams, enabling faster decisions, tighter collaboration, and better customer outcomes.

What you will do

Support sales and win revenue

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to own the technical solution strategy during evaluations and proof of concepts

  • Design engaging, credible solution approaches that align Signeasy’s platform to real business needs and simplify complex ideas

  • Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues quickly, and propose workarounds that unblock deals

  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors, and how to position Signeasy in relation to them

Onboard customers and drive time to value

  • Support technical onboarding and early implementations for new customers

  • Help customers configure workflows, integrations, and data models

  • Build simple scripts, API based workflows, or configurations to meet customer-specific requirements

  • Ensure smooth handoffs from sales to customer success with strong technical documentation

Drive expansion and product impact

  • Support advanced use cases, new team rollouts, and expansion opportunities

  • Partner with Customer Success on renewals and upsells with strong technical credibility

  • Capture customer feedback, technical gaps, and feature requests and translate them into clear input for Product and Engineering

AI first expectations

At Signeasy, AI is core to how we build and how we work.

As a Solutions Engineer, you are expected to actively use AI to accelerate problem solving, solution design, and execution. This includes using AI tools to prototype workflows, troubleshoot issues, explore integrations, and identify smarter ways to deliver value to customers.

Experience building or experimenting with AI powered workflows, automations, or agents is strongly preferred. Curiosity and comfort with learning fast matters as much as prior exposure. 

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or technical consulting role

  • Strong technical foundation with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-based systems

  • Hands-on experience in testing and integrating API-based solutions, working with REST APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, and API testing tools such as Postman (or equivalent) 

  • Ability to independently build simple technical solutions to unblock customer use cases and experience using AI-native tools for rapid prototyping (e.g., Claude, Cursor).

  • Experience in troubleshooting integrations and complex workflows across multiple systems

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action

  • Motivation to work close to revenue and customer outcomes

  • Willingness to work a global shift from 5 pm to 2 am IST

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, experience using LLMs and AI-native IDEs for rapid prototyping (e.g., Claude, Cursor).
Experience with contract management, document automation, or workflow platforms
Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or financial services
Experience supporting mid market sales motions
