We’re hiring a solutions engineer to join our team to partner closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that our customer have the technical support needed and engagements are expanding. You will be our main point of contact for customers, supporting our sales team to close deals, through implementation and expansion of the Explo product. This role requires you to be technical and have a deep understanding of our product, while working directly with customers.
Not only will you work closely with our sales team, but also play a key role as the voice of the customer to our product team and help drive our product roadmap.
