Solutions Engineer
TLDR
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI Research to build a demo platform for ASAPP, utilizing advanced AI tools and engaging in rapid prototyping of solutions.
Build the demo platform
Maintain demo environments on CXP: pre-configured GenerativeAgents, mock contact-center backends, simulated CRM and billing systems, and the front-ends that show them off.
Customize demos by industry (telco, financial services, travel, retail, healthcare) with realistic data and workflows.
Own the reusable scaffolding (shared components, seed data, mock services, deployment scripts) so Solution Engineers can stand up tailored demos in hours.
Prototype for live opportunities
Build proof-of-concept integrations with Solution Engineers against a prospect's stack (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Genesys, Twilio, custom APIs).
Turn vague customer requirements into working prototypes that show feasibility without becoming production code.
Join customer-facing sessions when needed and explain your work clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Be ASAPP's in-house AI-coding power user
Use Claude Code, the Anthropic API, and MCP to ship faster than feels reasonable.
Build internal MCP servers so demo agents can call into mock systems and prospect environments.
Share patterns, prompts, and eval setups across Solution Engineering and Product.
Collaborate
Send field feedback from demos back to Product and Engineering.
Help standardize demo best practices and reusable assets.
About three years of professional engineering experience, with a record of shipping end to end.
Comfort across the stack: a credible front-end (React or similar) and back-end (Python or Node.js).
Hands-on use of Claude Code or a similar agentic coding tool, with direct experience using the Anthropic API and building or extending MCP servers.
Strong product instincts: you know when “good enough to demo” is the right bar.
Fluent professional English, written and verbal.
Based in Bengaluru or Chennai.
Conversational AI, contact center, CCaaS, IVR, or ASR experience.
Building agents, RAG systems, or LLM-powered applications.
Integrating enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Genesys, Twilio, Zendesk, REST or GraphQL APIs).
Front-end polish: design sensibility, component libraries, Figma.
Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or pre-sales background.
Regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, telecom).
