Main Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives, Sales Managers and external partners to support sales of consumers cybersecurity solutions to mid-market or enterprise segments.
Deliver high-impact product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
Understand customer security environments and map our solutions to their needs.
Respond to RFIs and technical queries with clarity and precision.
Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, guiding them through the evaluation process while tailoring solutions to their needs.
Support onboarding, configuration and ensure smooth technical handoff to post-sales teams.
Continuously research and monitor competitors, analyzing their technical approaches, feature sets, and positioning to inform strategy and client discussions.
Engage confidently with IT, Security, and Compliance stakeholders to understand their priorities and constraints.
Build clear technical documentation, integration guides, and solution descriptions tailored to specific client use cases and challenges.
Core Requirements
2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or similar role in a SaaS environment
Solid understanding of insurance or/and cybersecurity fundamentals is an advantage
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to dissect problems and design tailored solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and business-oriented
Experience supporting multiple products is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong client focus with the ability to build lasting relationships and uncover real needs through thoughtful questioning
High level of product curiosity and ownership, with a drive to deeply understand the product and continuously seek meaningful improvements
Solution-oriented mindset, skilled at connecting user pain points with practical and scalable product capabilities
Salary Range
Gross salary 2400-3800 EUR/Month.
