The Role: Solutions Consultant
We are looking for a highly driven and empathetic Solutions Consultant to be responsible for partner implementations from signing through full implementation.
The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for ensuring our partner implementations focus on measurable outcomes and value. This role will work closely with our partner’s Delivery team, our Engineering team and others to customize and configure the product, solve issues, keep the project on track, report on progress, and address obstacles to ensure successful on-time launches. The Solutions Consultant will also be responsible for collaborating internally to reduce the time and effort involved in partner implementations.
You will provide expert guidance to our partner’s delivery teams that enable them to adopt and use the product, and make informed decisions about future product selection based on client inquiries during implementation.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, experienced in healthcare technology, Consultant who has a track record of successfully implementing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments. This person is passionate about tackling difficult problems in healthcare and is excited by the ambiguity and opportunity that comes with working in a dynamic, fast-growing technology company.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location and experience, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Luma also include stock options + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision.)
Base Pay Range: $100,000—$120,000 USD
