Solutions Architect - Sustainability

We are seeking a Solutions Architect specializing in sustainability to bridge the gap between client needs, commercial strategy, and operational delivery. In this role, you will collaborate with sales and operations teams to design and implement sustainability solutions that address complex business challenges. You will leverage deep industry knowledge to create scalable, high-impact frameworks, respond to client inquiries, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. Your work will accelerate revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure consistent delivery of sustainable services. This position involves remote collaboration, client engagements, and active participation in cross-functional projects. Your expertise will help organizations achieve measurable sustainability outcomes while aligning with strategic goals.

Accountabilities

·         Translate client sustainability requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational capabilities.

·         Develop and structure tailored sustainability service offerings in coordination with sales and operations teams.

·         Provide technical and strategic guidance throughout the sales process, including responding to RFIs and RFPs.

·         Lead content creation for proposals, contracts, and supporting materials to communicate value effectively.

·         Partner with operations and solutions teams to develop and position new services, ensuring consistency and scalability across offerings.

·         Support client engagements and maintain continuity between initial sales interactions and operational delivery.

·         Serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams and clients, providing credible insights and recommendations.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.

·         5+ years of experience in the sustainability industry with proven effectiveness in client-facing roles.

·         Fluency in English and Portuguese (verbal and written); Spanish is optional.

·         Strong knowledge of sustainability industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

·         Ability to map client needs to strategy, technology, and consulting solutions.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-quality presentation and proposal development.

·         Advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.

·         Comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
