Solutions Architect (Remote)

This role offers the opportunity to drive enterprise AI adoption by designing and implementing solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements, scope projects, and develop proof-of-concepts for AI-driven initiatives. The position emphasizes both technical expertise and strategic influence, providing guidance on AI platforms, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful adoption of complex AI solutions and helping shape product improvements based on customer feedback. The role is dynamic and collaborative, offering exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, evaluating customer requirements and highlighting product differentiation.

·         Act as a trusted advisor for customers, building strong relationships with technical stakeholders.

·         Scope customer trials and projects, designing and implementing proof-of-concept solutions.

·         Create and deliver specialized technical demos tailored to customer needs.

·         Serve as the “Voice of the Customer” by engaging on status calls, QBRs, and roadmap discussions, and escalating issues when needed.

·         Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve solutions based on customer insights.

·         Translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions while aligning with business objectives.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).

·         Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, infrastructure, or related industries with direct customer engagement.

·         Strong proficiency in data infrastructure and modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, transformers).

·         Production-level experience with coding languages such as Python, TypeScript, or similar.

·         Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and support during customer calls and interactions.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both executives and engineers.

·         Self-starter with high intellectual curiosity, strong customer empathy, and the ability to work independently.
