The Opportunity

As a Cloud Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) specializing in Cloud Infrastructure and MLOps, you will be a key technical partner to some of the most innovative AI teams in the world. You'll work hands-on with state-of-the-art GPU infrastructure — including the latest NVIDIA hardware — helping customers design, deploy, and optimize AI workloads at scale. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of deep technical work and strategic customer engagement, with real influence over how customers experience and adopt the platform.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the full pre-sales and onboarding lifecycle

  • Lead PoCs, architectural workshops, presentations, and training sessions on GPU cloud technologies and best practices

  • Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures

  • Design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions, reference architectures, and technical how-to guides in collaboration with support engineers and technical writers

  • Help customers optimize ML pipeline performance, throughput, and scalability for efficient utilization of cloud resources

  • Act as a cross-functional technical expert, bridging product, technical support, and marketing teams around customer needs

  • Represent the company at external events including hackathons, conferences, and webinars

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect, Systems/Network Engineer, Developer, or similar technical role focused on cloud computing

  • Strong hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (Terraform/Ansible preferred), Kubernetes, and Python

  • Solid understanding of GPU computing for ML training and inference workloads, including the GPU software stack (drivers, CUDA, OpenCL, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business audiences

  • Customer-centric mindset with a track record of building trusted advisor relationships

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks (e.g., Slurm, Kubeflow)

  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

  • Familiarity with the cloud ML tools landscape from industry leaders (NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, Google)
