Solutions Architect

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum of 4 years in an enterprise or solution architecture role, preferably within financial services and core banking domains.
• Strong proficiency in microservices architecture and RESTful web services
• Experience working on Kubernetes, Docker, and modern development practices
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops to gather non-functional requirements
• Experience in strategic planning and oversight of solution design and implementation
• Communication: Effective communicator with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and articulate appropriate solutions
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, tailoring content and messaging to suit the needs and expectations of the target audience.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrates a team-oriented, ethical, empathetic, and collaborative approach
• Diplomatic and flexible in working across diverse teams and environments
