Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting customers with their evaluation of our TWAIN SDK series and version control series products. Our customers include IBM, Lockheed Martin, Intel, Siemens, HP, Seagate, Deloitte, and many more. You will get the chance to work with developers from Fortune 500 companies in building their web/desktop applications.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and product education through phone, email and live chat
- Collect product related feedback from customers and submit them to issue tracking system
- Demonstrate product functionalities via online meetings
- Participate in product release tasks, including document writing
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet revenue targets
- Work closely with the R&D team to reproduce and resolve customer issues
- Familiarity with a programming language
- Strong English communication skills
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related majors
- An excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent technical presentation skills
