Role: Solution Sales Manager - CyberSecurity
Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a Solution Sales Manager (Cybersecurity) to drive revenue growth through solution-led, consultative selling. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, developing opportunities, and closing complex cybersecurity deals across enterprise and public sector customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive cybersecurity solution sales by building and managing a strong pipeline across existing and new accounts
- Partner closely with internal specialists and technical teams to develop outcome-based solutions aligned to customer needs
- Engage customers to understand business challenges and position cybersecurity offerings as value-driven solutions
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closure
- Lead customer discussions, presentations, and negotiations, including engagement with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Support bid and proposal processes by shaping commercial value propositions and managing deal risks
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and billing visibility
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all engagements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in solution sales, enterprise sales, or account management within IT / Telecommunications
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services
- Experience selling solutions such as SIEM, IAM, SASE, network security, or managed security services
- Exposure to government or public sector sales is an advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
