NiCE Outbound Engagement solutions are used by some of the largest organizations in world. The NiCE Outbound Engagement Suite helps organizations turn every interaction into a source of insight, helping teams act faster, coach smarter, and deliver better CX. The cloud-based suite can transform operations with domain-specific AI for organizations ranging in size from 1000 employees to more than 100,000 employees.

The Outbound Engagement Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is the primary driver for sales and expertise in Analytics and AI capabilities. The individual will be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to own the sales process from initial contact through closing the sale. This individual will be able to assess and understand the business environment of a customer and what they are trying to achieve, position the Outbound Engagement solution in a way that shows we can exceed customer’s needs and differentiates the NiCE Outbound Engagement solutions from the competition, assist in building a business case, and messaging to help push the deal to closure.

How will you make an impact?

  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Consultants to strategize and execute team sales.
  • Independently engaging in prospecting and relationship-building activities to build pipeline and drive business with both new and existing clients.
  • Delivering compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executive-level decision-makers, addressing objections and aligning value proposition with their business strategy.
  • Partnering with the Analytics and AI LOBs in shaping the GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps and industry artifacts.
  • Domain expertise in Analytics and AI functions either as an experienced Salesperson or as a senior leader in these organizations.

Have you got what it takes?

  • BA or BS from an accredited university in a Business, Sales or Marketing field.
  • At least minimum 5 years of experience selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts.
  • 10 years of operational and/or technical experience with outbound contact centers
  • Substantive exposure and engagement with the planning, execution and management of complex software sales and marketing projects.
  • Collaborative approach to sales that includes working with multiple groups both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional communication and presentations skills that build confidence and credibility. Highly articulate and able to confidently explain complex models in a clear simplified manner
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with the ‘C’ or VP level business users to articulate business value and influence strategic application of Nexidia solutions
  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility and confidence with a preference for autonomy to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve revenue results.
  • Strong domain expertise preferred, combined with advanced strategic and project management skills. Able to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Innate passion for seeking depth and complete understanding in an account and market.
