About role

As a Solution Partner for Core Banking Software Solutions in South Africa, you will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence and the ability to engage with customers in the banking industry at the C-Suite level. Your primary goal will be to understand their unique challenges and opportunities within the South African market, providing strategic insights and innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance their financial performance. By leveraging your expertise, you will help increase the bottom line for these banking clients and support their growth in a competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value within our portfolio and new clients 
• Understand customer business drivers and how to establish buy-in at all levels. 
• Comprehend the intricate interdependencies within the customer organization and guide the appropriate engagement approach. 
• Core Banking solutions implementation in multiple or either one of these areas (Deposit management, Lending Management, Cash management, Transaction Banking) and pre-sales experience is a must 
• Based in South Africa
• Access to most major banks in the region and knows C Level from business and IT 
• Understands business needs of office of CFO within the bank and has hands on working experience in implementing solutions across accounting, subledger, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and other finance related back office areas 
• Excellent banking domain know-how and well verse with the industry trends
