How you’ll make an impact:
You'll have the opportunity to join us as a Senior Solutions Engineer in our Financial Institutions space. Do you have a background in Enterprise Software Pre-Sales or Implementation Consulting? If you have both a love of new technology and a knack for presenting it in a way that is understandable and engaging to end users, we have an opportunity tailor-made for you on our Solutions Engineering team.
As a member of the Sales organization, you will be the primary technical resource for the sales team. Senior Solutions Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team, industry solution leaders, marketing and others. You will be the key product advocate for Strata’s exciting portfolio of performance management solutions.
In this role, the Senior Solutions Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users in the context of a solution demonstration. They must combine technical knowledge with financial expertise in a manner that creates credibility and demonstrates value to customers. Effective Senior Solutions Engineers listen closely to customer requirements; they can translate business needs into demonstrable capabilities within the application. They can quickly modify the solution to align with customer requirements. This role requires a strong working knowledge of such processes as Budgeting, Driver-Based Financial Planning, Relationship Profitability and Pricing and Funds Transfer Pricing.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000-120,000
Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role. In addition, Strata provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
