As a Solution Engineer, you’re the technical powerhouse behind successful enterprise implementations. You’ll design, guide, and deliver integrations that make e-commerce logistics seamless. When sh*t gets real—or really technical—you’re the one our merchants (and teammates) can count on.

What you will do in this role 🧐

• Lead enterprise implementations: Organize blueprinting and brainstorming sessions, create API interaction diagrams, and manage complex technical project roadmaps.

• Be the technical project manager: Take over from Sales Engineers after deal handover, and drive merchants to their first stable release of Sendcloud.

• Shape the ecosystem: Co-create and validate integrations with leading CMS, ERP, WMS, and 3PL solutions.

• Be the merchant’s voice: Translate real-world use cases into actionable feedback for Product & Development.

• Support knowledge-sharing: Train Sales Engineers on technical best practices and help run our internal "training center" for commercial teams.

• Own aftercare: Provide hands-on support post-launch to ensure successful adoption.

• Document everything: Deliver solid internal handovers and clear documentation for every project.
