Solution Engineer (REF4931D)

This position includes project work in an OpenText xECM SuccessFactors rollout team, with the responsibility of executing the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors across more than 20 countries / legal entities. Key Responsibilities:

• Setup of OpenText xECM SuccessFactors connection across multiple countries/legal entities based on a global template approach with coverage of location based individual requirements
• Implementation of interfaces, configuration of workspaces, document template creation, workflows etc. in OpenText xECM SuccessFactors based on a global template approach and local requirements
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a large, international project environment

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in IT roles
• Required Skills:
  • Data processing and algorithm understanding
  • Programming experience (no coding required in the project)
  • JavaScript / TypeScript basics
  • Scripting (PowerShell)
  • Software architecture concepts (e.g., SOAP communication)
  • REST/API knowledge
  • Networking, firewalls basic knowledge
  • Operating systems: Windows, log file analysis
  • High level of structure, detail orientation, and self-organization.
  • Ability to work independently in a project-driven environment.
  • English Knowledge is required, German is only nice to have
• Nice to have Skills:
  • SAP (including ABAP basics)
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • OpenText xECM
  • Test case creation and troubleshooting
  • HR process knowledge (Onboarding, Transfers, Offboarding, Performance Management)
  • Experience in large-scale rollouts
