Right now we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Solution Engineer to join our technical/implementation team. You are going to work closely with Polish market. The Solution Engineer will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, integrating data from various sources, and delivering data-driven solutions that support analytics, reporting, and critical business decision-making. You will be a key technical liaison, translating complex business needs into robust, functional data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Development & Integration: Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to collect, clean, and structure data from multiple systems. Write and maintain API integrations to extract data from external platforms (CRMs, LMS, marketing tools, internal databases, etc.).
  • Automation: Automate recurring data tasks using scripting languages like Python or R.
  • Data Visualization & Solutions: Use low-code platforms (e.g., Coda, Retool, Power BI, Google Spreadsheets) to visualize and present data in accessible, actionable dashboards and visual stories for business stakeholders.
  • Data Modeling & Storage: Create and manage data models optimized for analytics and business operations. Work with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Data Quality & Monitoring: Implement checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Proactively monitor and resolve pipeline issues.
  • Business Collaboration: Understand business objectives to design data solutions aligned with goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Scripting: Proficiency in Python (or a similar scripting language) for automation and data manipulation.
  • API Expertise: Experience with API development/integration and tools/standards such as Postman, REST/JSON, OAuth, etc..
  • Data Fundamentals: Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data modeling.
  • Cloud & Warehousing: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and data warehouse solutions.
  • Visualization: Experience with low-code/no-code platforms for data visualization or workflow automation.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a data engineering or data-focused role.
  • Process Understanding: Understanding of Git, CI/CD processes, and how data enables business performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Bonus Skills: Prior experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt.
