Solution Developer

As a Solution Developer, you will be using our in-house developed platform to design and improve new and existing innovative solutions in the GRC domain, while enhancing their functionality and effectiveness. You will be a part of a global team that is responsible for the development of solutions. The team is composed of product owners, user experience designers, and solution developers. 
 

You enjoy working in an agile team and you want to contribute to the continuous improvement of the performance of your scrum team and the quality of our product. You will also be part of a lively development community who bring loads of experience to the table, giving you the opportunity to learn and grow.
 

The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Solutions Developer includes:  

• Use your knowledge and experience together with the team to develop new state-of-the-art solutions;
   

• Participate in the refinement and planning of the work done by your scrum team;
   

• Demonstrate solutions to customers and senior leadership;
   

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product development processes; 

• Develop yourself by researching new concepts and ideas and expand your knowledge of programming languages. 

What you’ll bring to the table:  

• Strong experience with databases (SQL and Oracle) and SQL query language are critical to success in this role; 

• A solid understanding of software development; 
• Previous experience with PowerBI;

• Some experience with Javascript, HTML, XML, and the ability to read and understand Java programming language would be highly advantageous; 

• An analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside of the box; 

• The ability to work autonomously and part of a wider global team; 

• Results orientated with a passion for finding solutions; 

• Flexibility – we are a global company with team mates all over the world; 

• Positive can do attitude; 

• Strong written and verbal communication in English is required.
