As a Solution Designer at ZIRA, you’ll play a key role in turning business and product requirements into high-quality, well-structured technical solutions. You’ll work closely with analysts, developers, and system architects to design systems and components that align with business goals and architectural guidelines. Your work will touch every stage of the development process, from design and documentation to collaboration with development and QA teams to ensure solutions are delivered successfully.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze, clarify, and validate functional and non-functional requirements Translate business and technical requirements into structured system designs, including component and sequence diagrams 

• Produce and maintain solution documentation (SSoW, SoW, HLD) and ensure traceability between requirements, design, and implementation 

• Design integration points, define API contracts, and create message flow diagrams 

• Develop logical data models, data dictionaries, and ERDs; define data transformations and migration specifications 

• Coordinate and guide development and QA teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design and quality standards 

• Organize design reviews, identify risks, and provide mitigation strategies 

Required skills: 

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role or profession 

• BSc in Electrical Engineering (Computer Science/IT) or a related field 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Solid understanding of system design principles, software engineering methods, and modeling tools (BPMN, UML, sequence diagrams, etc.) 

• Familiarity with integration tools and API design (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman) 

• Excellent communication and documentation skills 

• Fluent in English 

• Willingness to travel
