As Solution Delivery Associate (Working Student or Intern), you will support the delivery of cutting-edge XR software solutions for global life sciences clients.
Working closely with the Solution Delivery team, you will turn client needs and strategic objectives into immersive XR experiences that deliver measurable value and lasting impact – ensuring that innovation directly supports our clients’ scientific and business goals.
You will thrive in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment, building practical delivery skills in emerging XR technologies.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of client XR software projects from kick-off to go-live through structured coordination and reliable follow-through.
Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, and documentation in line with company standards and client requirements.
Prepare client materials such as status updates, milestone reviews, and roll-out or onboarding content.
Track progress and risks; flag issues and dependencies early.
Contribute to improving delivery templates, playbooks, and internal routines.
Qualifications
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in IT, economics, science, or related fields.
Prior experience in software project coordination, delivery support, consulting, or product-related roles (internships included).
Strong interest and ability to work in a performance-driven, cross-functional and international team while setting a professional example.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or hands-on experience with VR/XR/MR technologies is a plus.
