We are looking for a Business Analyst – Post-Sale to support successful delivery of client projects after contract signing. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to clarify business needs, refine project scope, and ensure requirements are accurately translated into implementable solutions. You will lead and facilitate detailed discovery and refinement sessions, transform business requirements into clear functional documentation, and support delivery planning and execution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the discovery and solution-shaping phase after contract signing, helping clients refine and expand their initial business needs into a clear solution scope.

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to uncover business goals, pain points, priorities, and high-value functional opportunities.

  • Identify and structure follow-up phases, feature extensions, and post-sale solution opportunities aligned with client business objectives.

  • Translate early client requests and high-level concepts into actionable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.

  • Support backlog definition, prioritization, roadmap shaping, and scope decomposition for implementation.

  • Assess changes in requirements and identify their impact on scope, effort, timelines, and commercial opportunity.

  • Ensure continuity between what was initially sold, what is further discovered, and what is ultimately handed over to delivery teams.

  • Contribute to PoC / Discovery / Solution Design initiatives by helping define scope, assumptions, expected outcomes, and business value.

  • Act as a trusted consultant to clients by proactively recommending solution improvements, optimization opportunities, and future enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Solution Consultant, or similar client-facing analytical role.

  • Strong experience working with clients in discovery, solution shaping, implementation, or consulting phases of custom software development projects.

  • Solid understanding of IT outsourcing / services business models and the lifecycle of custom software delivery.

  • Proven ability to facilitate discovery workshops, clarify ambiguous business needs, and translate them into structured solution scope.

  • Experience working on complex digital products or platforms in domains such as AI, FinTech, SaaS, enterprise systems, or similar.

  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, business process mapping, user story definition, and backlog structuring.

  • Experience contributing to PoCs, discovery phases, or early-stage product/solution definition is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud-based solutions, and modern software architecture principles is a plus.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN/UML tools, Figma, or similar.

Communication & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills for ongoing client interactions and internal collaboration.

  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business language.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with C-level, business, and technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional, distributed teams.

  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
