We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong Finance domain expertise to join our architecture team with one of our largest partners. Founded in 2003, our company has grown into a 170-person, employee- and manager-owned organization with a stable business and financial background, serving more than 50 returning corporate clients. We develop and implement applications to address business challenges and provide long-term operational support. Our strongest differentiator is business process automation.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design: Architect finance-related solutions aligned with business and technical requirements across platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Kyriba, Accelya, Skymetrix, Navitaire, and Dynamics AX.
2. Platform Development: Lead development and integration of applications supporting treasury, revenue accounting, ERP, and airline financial systems.
3. Cloud Architecture: Design scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
4. Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow across financial systems, including SAP, Kyriba, Accelya, and others.

6. Database Engineering: Develop solutions using Azure SQL, SQL Server, and other enterprise-grade databases.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure architectural alignment.
8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and technical specifications.
9. Innovation: Deep understanding of technologies and propose enhancements to improve system capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in a Solution Architect role within the Finance or Banking sector.
Technical Expertise:
1. Strong experience in cloud-native and custom software development.
2. Deep understanding of Finance domain and related integration.
3. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, and enterprise data integration.
Soft Skills:
1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in cross-functional teams.

1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
2. SAP Certified Application Associate (S/4HANA Finance)
