This role offers the opportunity to design and lead complex Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations for enterprise financial institutions undergoing digital transformation. Accountabilities:
Define and own the architectural vision and roadmap for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations across banking, wealth, insurance, and lending domains
Design robust FSC data models and enterprise architectures using industry-standard financial objects and workflows
Lead technical solution design sessions, translating regulatory and business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-performance systems
Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce FSC and financial platforms including core banking, policy administration, and portfolio systems
Guide engineering teams on best practices across OmniStudio, custom development, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure delivery
Ensure data security, governance, scalability, and regulatory compliance across complex, multi-cloud environments
Mentor architects and developers, drive technical excellence, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with business leaders, compliance teams, and delivery managers to ensure successful program execution and adoption
Requirements:
10–12 years of Salesforce project experience with deep focus on enterprise architecture in regulated industries
5–7 years of senior technical leadership on large-scale Salesforce programs
Proven expertise delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations
Advanced knowledge of FSC data models, OmniStudio components, Apex, Lightning, APIs, and integration patterns
Strong experience implementing compliance workflows such as KYC, AML, audit trails, and regulatory reporting
Expertise in data security, encryption, governance models, and large-scale data migrations
Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and automated testing frameworks
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; FSC Accredited Professional and Integration/Data Architect certifications strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
