Empowering companies to discover, optimize, and be able to control their SaaS stack. As our Company continues to scale, we're looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Solution Architect to join our team. We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to work post-sales with existing customers, helping them successfully design, deploy, and scale identity governance and SaaS management solutions. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, customer success, and product adoption, ensuring customers realize ongoing value from the platform.
You’ll partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Support, Product, and Engineering, acting as the technical authority for complex use cases, integrations, and enterprise environments.

As the Solution Architect, you will

Your ability to blend technical expertise with customer success will be crucial in effectively conveying the technical value of Torii’s platform to prospects and customers. You must be skilled in understanding customer needs, delivering tailored technical solutions, and clearly articulating Torii’s impact on their business operations.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills to engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the customer journey. As a strategic partner to the customer success team, you will play a key role in on-boarding new customers and furthering adoption while ensuring customers realize the ongoing value of the Torii platform.
In addition to technical expertise, you must have a collaborative mindset, working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing success. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technical and business teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions. Ultimately, you will help drive customer success, streamline customer onboarding, and position Torii as the leading SaaS Management and Governance solution.

The salary range displayed is an OTE consisting of base and variable pay. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
