Solution Architect

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: December 31, 2026
Work Setup: Hybrid (BPSS clearance required)

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Solution Architect with strong expertise in business banking and partnership portfolio management. This role combines relationship management with strategic partnership development to deliver value-added solutions for business banking customers.

What you will do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of banking customers, ensuring exceptional service and tailored financial solutions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with fintechs and other strategic partners to enhance product offerings.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling through partner solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, risk, and product to integrate partner capabilities into banking services.
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to attract and retain business clients.
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Prepare reports and insights on partnership impact and customer engagement.

• Strong experience in corporate banking relationship management.
• Proven track record in partnership development and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of banking products such as loans, trade finance, and treasury, along with partner-driven solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience working with fintech partnerships or digital banking ecosystems is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in banking partnerships and strong understanding of SME and corporate customer needs.
