Solution Architect (DONESAFE)

The HSI Donesafe Solution Architect is a senior position within the demand function of Customer Operations. This role will have a key focus working in the pre-sales phase, working closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique challenges and design comprehensive, innovative technical solutions. Being highly capable with our products, your key responsibilities include enhancing the customer experience through solutions, building function technical capability and driving innovation through design principles. 

 

This role will have an Donesafe implementation component – providing Implementation Managers with assistance on complex technical customer projects, leading proof of concepts, and providing integration expertise and solution consultancy. As a senior specialist, you will be expected to assist in the upskilling of other implementers sharing your knowledge and experience.  This role is ideal for a highly motivated and customer centric individual who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and plays a crucial role in driving business growth through expert solutioning. 

Essential Functions 

Stakeholder Interaction: 

  • Work closely with other stakeholders to align and support product and project goals and associated technical constraints. 
  • Present and communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (internal and external).  
  • Proactively engage with prospects, clients and partners to gather feedback and refine solutions accordingly. 

Solution Design: 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into detailed Donesafe technical specifications. 
  • Design scalable and reusable solutions 
  • Provide input into evaluating and refining frameworks, methodologies and processes to improve HSI Donesafe Customer Implementation experience. 
  • Architect robust, scalable, and tailored technical solutions that address complex customer needs, leveraging our full suite of products and services. This includes developing detailed solution proposals, diagrams, and technical specifications. 

Project Delivery 

  • Support complex technical project delivery items such as bespoke integrations and specialty consultancy 
  • Document requirements and scope enterprise projects, including complex change requests 
  • Assist with establishing revised change request scoping strategies and processes 
  • Support escalated customers with expert advice and remediation through the solution 

Capability & Technical Leadership: 

  • Provide input to other delivery departments for improvements to Donesafe solutions, ensuring these adhere to Implementation methodology and principles and meet technical requirements. 

Sales & Pre Sales: 

  • Assist in bid management for technical solutions 
  • Assist in establishing services bid management processes 
  • Proof of concepts  
  • Provide accurate technical scoping and effort estimations for proposed solutions, contributing to pricing strategies and project planning 

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: 

  • Stay updated with Product developments and how they relate to industry trends. 
  • Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and approaches for technical solutions and process improvements. 
  • Identify potential revenue generating opportunities through engagement with prospects

Qualifications 

  • Technical pre-sales experience 
  • Experience supporting and delivering software implementations  
  • Minimum 5 years Donesafe Implementation and Integration experience 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms 
  • Experience supporting technical teams 
  • Experience supporting both medium and enterprise clients  
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies 
  • Expertise with database technologies 
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
