Qualifications and Certifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience
Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale information systems, preferably in government or public sector environments.
Strong background in solution architecture for complex, multi-component systems, including integration, data flows, security, and scalability.
Experience contributing to government digital transformation initiatives, supporting modernization of public sector platforms and services.
Ability to translate business, policy, and functional requirements into robust technical and architectural designs.
Experience working collaboratively with government stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams.
Support architectural governance, ensuring alignment with agreed standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Contribution to architecture documentation, solution designs, and technical decision-making processes.
Fluency in Estonian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
